    All things being equal, I'd say the Rams absolutely should try to bring him back. But if his week 17 dismissal by Haslett is indicative of management's view towards Cogs, then I doubt they make a serious attempt.

    As for what we get, I think it depends on what level they tender him; but my understanding of the RFA process isn't that great.

    I'm sure somebody out there knows the minutia.
