Year in and year out we ge totally abused by teams running game, we make very sorry RB's look like hall of famers, we make very good RB's look like god, and what is worse is we cant even stop the pass, what is the solution?? we have power house players at almost all positions (little, witherspoon, chavous) i will live and die for the rams week in and week out but i just dont know what the hell we ca do, its embarassing

Chavous is hardly a power house at the safety position, he's a quality starter, and leader, but hardly a power house.

we are also very young at key positions. atogwe has only been starting for one year, victor adeajew( dont know how to spell it sorry) has been starting pretty since week 3, pisa and chillar are still young. the defense is still developing

We will continue to struggle on defense until we can rely on skill and not trickery to hold an oppenent down. First thing is a real bonafide runstuffing DT. Kennedy is doing ok but with the current defense we need him to be ALL WORLD. Plug in a veteran runstuffer and put Kennedy next to him and that's a good start. With that duo in the game, Little will be able to do his thing and head up field for a consistent outside threat. Next would be a quality veteran DE, to start opposite Little with Victor in rotation. A quality front four can hide a lot of youth behind it. Key pieces are in place in the back seven, but with a week front four the inexpierience in the back seven shows glaringly.

We have a good start on the defense, but need another year or two to bring it around.

You named 3 guys of the 3, 2 are very good, not too many pro bowl players on the D.

FA and Draft, re-sign Little and hope we score early and often.

Average secondary, Average D line with the sole exception of Little who has his issues against the run, and two good LB's out of 3.

Not good enough to be dominant, but there's signs of growth there.
