What happened to Leonard Little?

I know he left the game with some sort of injury to his neck or throat. Does anyone know what happened to him?

According to Jeff Gordon he was taken to the hospital, but I don't see any specifics.

They said he walked off to the locker room without assistance....I have to wonder what happened to him.

I'm not saying it happened, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was some kind of a cheap shot the way the Bears were playing in the 2nd half.

"Injury update

The Rams' best pass rusher, Little, left the game for good in the second half after absorbing a blow to his throat.

"He tried to go, but his throat started to swell," Linehan said. "I really can't tell you what the prognosis is right now."

Ok I just rewatched the 2nd half up until Little left the game. The last play he was on the field for was the Bears extra point attempt with 3:31 remaining in the 3rd quarter. He appeared fine and was starting to walk towards the sidelines when it cut away. He never came back on the field after that...very odd...gonna be interesting to see what happened and I hope he is OK.
