Re: What offseason question are you most eager to learn the answer to?
I'm looking forward to seeing who the Rams go after in free agency. I think the Rams Front Office will want to make a bit of a splash to show their commitment to the success of the new regime.

Re: What offseason question are you most eager to learn the answer to?
I'm always anxious to see who we take in the first two rounds of the draft. Are we going after the best defensive player in the draft? Are we going after a playmaking TE like Vernon Davis? You just never know.
FA is certainly important. We can really help our team here, especially this year. But, I don't get as excited about it. Probably, because it doesn't have the build up that the draft does. Although, it sure does give us something to talk about before and after the draft."...and a great new warrior emerged from the many, to carry the torch, and his name was Rammin' Jackson...and a new era had begun! I'm hoping for a O-linemen in the first Round and that will take care pretty much of the protection thing, Since wonderboy has a chronic bad shoulder. Then pick up the d-line guys in the later rounds. Less money ,but maybe willing to play for blood and not just a paycheck! Since their paychecks will suck and they will have to take their aggressions out on someone. Then I think things will pretty much iron out from there.

Great poll. i would have thrown another one in. Will the rams sign Pickett long term. Given the help our defense needs, this is clearly a key decision. It affects our cap, our draft, our free agency moves.

Nice Post "AR" as is the norm :The one that I was anxious was the H.C. , D.C. , O.C. , Free agency after the coaches ... Our 1st and 2nd draft picks have been fair at best in past drafts and it take awhile for them to learn , I 'm looking foreward who we pick up that can make a difference now and the next few years while the rookies and 2nd year guys get their feet under them

Re: What offseason question are you most eager to learn the answer to?
The draft seems to be the clear leader here.
I'm also interested in the draft, but I think FA signings will impact the draft significantly.
If the Rams can re-sign pickett and sign a top-notch LB and CB in FA, they may be able to afford to make a "luxury" pick, such as a TE, in the first two rounds of the draft. Otherwise, I think they need to go defense on Day 1.

Re: What offseason question are you most eager to learn the answer to?
It has been a long time since the Rams have had a great TE and really incorporated him in the game plan. I am really curious what the Rams will do if Vernon Davis and a good DE, DT, or M. Huff are still available when the Rams pick. Av states that moves in free agency will impact our draft which hopefully will be the case, but I don't see any impact free agent TEs available .... so l am eagerly awaiting the draft. Then again Marshall could retire and the Rams could take LenDale White .... you just never know!!

I chose FA signed by the Rams. I am interested in seeing what type of commitment the team has to improvement. In addition, I want to know what type of interest that FAs have in our new direction.

Excellent points, Av. If we could get a few impact defensive FA's before the draft I'd really give strong consideration to a top TE such as Davis.
