What is a super moderator?

What is a super moderator? I am intrigued by the designation tx is using. Has tx been promoted? Has tx been named first assistant to the Grand Puba?
Tx is indeed a super moderator, of that there can be no question, but so are the other guys as well.

Its still the offseason, inquiring minds want to know.
