What are your expectations for this year

I must be honest. I usually set my expectations low so I do not get too dissappointed. I've tried to set low expectations for this season. But for some reason I have not felt this good about the Rams since 99. UUUMMM I believe we won it all that year??

Until last year..... I did not believe in the Bulger Hype. Last year Bulger played with a make shift offensive line and some how put up huge numbers. He showed me a lot of heart and now I'm a big fan of Bulger.....

Due to all the injuries last year and the fact so many needs were addressed this off season it's hard to believe the Rams will not be a serious contender this year....

My expectation is SuperBowl bound

Rams 27
Ravens 13

Re: What are your expectations for this year

I'm expecting to improve on the 8-8 record and bring the division title back to St. Louis. After that, I'm expecting to make a better showing in the playoffs than we had last year.

Re: What are your expectations for this year

I'm having several gut feelings (just one gut, but several feelings within said gut...you know what I mean)

1. This team, on paper, can win 12 games.
2. The 2005 draft will be seen as the best draft in the Martz era, to date.
3. If Pace or Bulger get hurt, we're screwed, everybody else we can replace.
4. Claiborne will have the best season of his career, to date.
5. Jimmy Kennedy will make the Pro Bowl.
6. By week 3, fans will be screaming for Barron's head on a plate.
7. By week 13, fans will see Barron as the greatest thing since sliced bread.
8. Incognito will be IR'd in 2005 and will be a starter in 2006.

I expect at least 11 wins and a deep run in the playoffs. It wouldn't surprise me if we won it all next year.

Re: What are your expectations for this year

I expect the Seahawks to win the division...the Rams to get a wild card berth and the two to meet in the playoffs, again. Although this time the fortunes will be reversed. The game will be close (as usual) and the Seahawks will win in OT 35-32 on a Josh Brown field goal. Hasselbeck will not make any comments into the microphone this year and after the win there will be much celebrating in Seattle. But I could be wrong.

Re: What are your expectations for this year

It all depends on my defense. The front 7 has to step up and stop the run. We can't let the secondary make a majority of the tackles this year.

Re: What are your expectations for this year

I expect a 12-4, MINIMUM. We will once again be the undisputed rulers of the NFC West. We will take it thru the playoffs with ease, until the NFC Championship game. There, we will meet up with Detroit, and they will surprise us for most of the game. With less than 5 minutes to go, us down by 13, Bulger will lead us in the greatest comeback in playoff history. From there....well, I'm sure a Super Bowl XL Champions desktop wallpaper will look great on every Clan member's computer.... :bling:

Re: What are your expectations for this year

No cold outdoor games; in fact both games on grass are nice weather, and one of 'em's the Niners,

11-5

With home field we go to the bowl, otherwise no - just NFC Champs

Re: What are your expectations for this year

The NFC is there for the taking, who wants it ?? I think the Rams have an excellent chance to represent the NFC in the title game, barring any injuries to key players. This is as close to the, "99" or "2001" squads as we've had. A few bounces our way, and we can be in the big game.

Go RAMS - 2005 NFL Champions ( has a nice ring to it) !!!

Re: What are your expectations for this year

I should have seen that one coming, huh? But he won't be doing that in any of the Rams games this year. Hawks beat the Rams both times in the Regular season and once in the playoffs...so maybe Bulger does that, but not Hasselbeck

Feeling confident eh Rawk?
Go right ahead, it is your prerogative. You may be completely wrong, but that is ok. It happens to the best of us.

Re: What are your expectations for this year

If the Offensive Line stays healthy there will be no stopping the Ram offense. I see the Rams going 12 - 4 this season. No worse than 11 - 3. They will play Philadelphia for the NFC Championship in a game that can go either way. Home field advantage will be big.
