What's the OL going to look like?

The majority of the talk has been about the defense. However, the Rams have a ton of weapons on offense. My question is 1) what is the starting OL 2) who makes the team for depth.

I am predicting the following for starters, barring injury, by the end of training camp:

Pace LT, Stuessie LG (T), Incognito C (G), Terrel RG, Barron RT

Assuming they carry ten OL on the roster, I'll guess that the following round out the roster:

Setterstrom RG/LG, McCollum C/G, Romberg C, Goldberg G/T, Fry C/G

If only nine are carried, I would predict that Fry would beat out Romberg as the backup C.

I expect Shakleford and/or Messner to go to the Practice Squad.

I don't see Incognito playing centre for another year. And I think Romburg will beat McCollum. So my line would look like this:

LT Pace
LG Terrell/Setterstrom (I'm unsure on this)
C Romberg
RG Incognito
RT Barron

The rest will be backups/practice squad obviously.

At this point I think Stuessie is a back up and Terrel has a long ways to go before he is starting again. I liked how the line finished strong last season and I think it will stay that way with the addition of Pace.

I think It will start out like this, with Fry eventually getting the starting nod at center.

i dont think setterstrom is going to start guys.. you will see stuessie or terrell play there.... you could see mcollum play one last year... he played awesome the only game he played last year

I agree with Bruce4life....

I really believe coming out of training camp, barring injury, we'll see Stuessie or Terrel start over Setterstrom. The reason I think Terrel will be the ultimate winner of the job there is that when he has set his mind and committed to doing something, like not having a second and possibly career ending wrist surgery, he ussually accomplishes what he sets out to do. Witness his rookie season, couple practices in training camp and he rises to starter.

I wouldn't mind seeing McCollum start at C again, and Incognito move to G, I just think there a better chance or the other scenario. Pace LT, Incognito LG, McCollum C, Terrell RG, Barron RT doesn't look that bad to me, but I think at this point in his career, McCollum is depth and a backup. He can't handle the every game pounding, thus we drafted Fry.

I'm just glad people are having this argument, this is the best the O-line has looked in ages.
