Close your eyes, give it a moment, and then answer...

Since its a dream, I went with Bradford... as a second pick after the Rams take Suh at No. 1!

C'mon Bulger deserves our support. If we can get a decent offensive line he should start. Bulger should be allowed to redeem himself. He took a butt whippin' because of no protection and no wide receivers.

are we talking next year? i like the idea of drafting someone like mallet or mccoy and signing pennington for a year or two.

Re: When I dream, I see _____ starting at QB for the Rams in 2010.
Suh/Bradford would be a dream wouldn't it.
I was thinking the other day, while dreaming, that Suh is just to good to pass up, but there is no way to know if the Rams will be in a position to get Locker next year. Best case scenario, IMO, is for Bradford to fall to the second round. I don't think that will happen. So second best scenario would be for Devany to work a trade up into the first round, possibly using a 1st next season, and get Bradford in the last third of the first round.
I hate this prognosticating draft trade stuff because you need a trading partner and who knows what when it all comes down to it. But, barring Bradford's unlikely decent into the second round, this is all I can see happening to work this problem out.
Suh and Bradford upgrades this team to a mid round 1st next season anyhow, IMO. So, if Suh is so good, and QB is so badly needed, why not? Heck, health alone will improve this team.Semper Fi

Re: When I dream, I see _____ starting at QB for the Rams in 2010.
i voted bulger, the receivers will have some experience under their belts and as long as the players develop and the rights move are made the team should be fine. obvious the line needs more work but a rookie qb is not going to help us at all nor is it the answer to our problems

It starts with Bulger then goes to Boller and then goes to Null... wait that isn't a dream... it's a nightmare... somebody wake me... please wake me.
OK... I'll agree with AV on this. If we can get Suh and Bradford that would be a Dream team.

Marc Bulger (2002-2006).
My wet dream would be Case Keenum making the same kinds of pass yardage in college here avec le Rams.Last edited by fliptalianstallion; -12-30-2009 at 04:09 AM.

Re: When I dream, I see _____ starting at QB for the Rams in 2010.
I hear Troy Smith wants out of Baltimore. Is he any good? I guess we could get him for at 6 round pick or something?
My dream would be to Pick Suh with the first, and then a good QB prospect in the second round. Let Bulger or Cambell get the chance in 2010 and focus on building up an evil defence while our next QB is groomed up. If everything else failse we can pick a QB in 2011.
I do not think we will be in shape to compete for a playoffs spot before 2011 anyway but I hope I am wrong on that one.

for some reason i can see Tarvaris Jackson or Jason Campbell coming in and actually doing a good job
i think one of them will come in for a season or two and we will groom someone behind them

I really am not 100% sure but didnt Bradford hurt the same shoulder twice this year?
I would be afraid to use a early round pick on him simply because of the rams late bad luck with injuries.
