Henry Ellard might be a keeper I am not sure just how talented he is but I can't complain about our receivers over the years he has been here.

Although you have a point about Ellard and the productivity at WR, it's better to make a clean break. The house is full of typhoid and you can't be sure who is the carrier.

I would keep Ellard and Vitt. I'm on the fence with Fairchild. His play calling lately has a lot to be desired.

The Rams need to keep Ellard and Wilbert Montgomery.
The rec have been fantastic. He has developed Curtis, Looker and MacDonald into WR who could start on most teams.
Montgomery has worked well with Faulk and seems to understand that the Rams need to run the ball more (maybe the only one on the staff.)
Dump the rest.
Fairchild does not seem to know where the running plays are in the play book.
Vitt is a stand up guy but lets face the LB have been really bad for the most part since Fletcher left.
DUMP THEM ALL and Jay as well. I think he is the cancer!!!

Henry Ellard (Wide Receivers)
Bob Ligashesky (Special Teams)
John Ramsdell (Quarterbacks)
These are the names of the coaches I would CONSIDER keeping. The rest are definitely gone.

By far, most of time in cases like this the entire staff is dismissed.
The new coach will choose his new staff. In general, that's how it goes.

Sounds good to me. The rest should all go to Seattle...
