    While Bulger Slept......

Well, he struck first and then he rested on his customary laurels. When will Marc Bulger learn that a QB, especially a Rams QB must put up the #'s early and often. He starts out with a great TD early, then he calls it a day, hoping to put it in the Defense hands. The untimely INT,stalled drives and the deplorable 3 & out near the end of the 1st half, giving the Cards the ball back, followed by another TD, LEAD BY THE TWO-TIME MVP AND FORMER RAMS GREAT QUARTERBACK (WHO NEVER SHOULD'VE BEEN REPLACED) KURT WARNER, who no doubt displayed the skills thats needed to play at such position!

HEY BULGER, IT'S THE TEMPO, STUPID! PICK IT UP! YOU'RE BORING ME AND YOUR GAME IS STALE! It's PUTTING EVERYONE TO SLEEP! WHY DO YOU THINK TORRY AND JAX DROP THOSE PASSES?

Because they're shocked Al Saunders actually called their number?

    Yes...

Definitely Bulger and the Rams saw the last 3 minutes of the half as a time to try run out the half and head to the locker room for a sandwhich....

Meanwhile Warner lights it up, and uses the last 3 minutes of the half as a time to score 3 times and win the game.

I don't know if Bulger is sleeping, but he's putting me to sleep.

I'm beginning to question Al Saunder's "Genius" as a play designer and caller. While I am not happy with Bulger's overall play, he is playing the hand that is dealt him; i.e. players around him and the play-calling. Our offense just stinks!!

    Bulger: Coach Killer?

Did Marc Bulger kill Scott Linehan and Mike Martz?
I dunno, but Jim Haslett had better watch his back!

    Martz,
    Fairchild,
    Linehan,
    Olson,
    Saunders...

If I'm coach of the Rams I put more pressure on him. Today he had some time but made some crappy throws. 1 pick for a touchdown and a fumble. He's so un reliable and inconsistant. It's time to draft a big time qb.

    Re: While Bulger Slept......

No question. Bulger is responsible for the complete and absolute lack of any running game at all today. Bulger is responsible for the horrible offensive line play today (again). Bulger is responsible for the decision by haslett to have jackson in a game with five minutes left and a 30 point lead, leading to what has effecitvely killed our season.

Sure, the HUGE drop by jackson on 3rd down when we were down 17-7, a play that would have been an easy first down and could for all we know led to a score before half was bulgers fault. No question, the missed INT by wade in on bulger. No question that the pathetic block by krieder that led to the sack fumble is all marks fault.

It never ceases to amaze me how otherwise intelligent people think that bulger is the "anti chris" or otherwise solely responsible for what ails the rams. We give up over 500 yards of offense without any real qb pressure and no running game at all and we lost because of bulger.

    Absolutly. No question about it.

Its all TIMING and TEMPO? Sure it is, when you have offensive line play, a running game a wide recievers that you have taken thousands of snaps with in practice. Does bulger have any of that right now? NO he does not.

For the millionth time, i dont think any of us are saying that bulger is playing like an all pro, but talking about him as if he was the key to this loss is an overeaction of biblical magnitude.

Its easy to blast away with a simplistic view of the rams problems and blame it all on one guy. Lets see you respond to this post with some actual logic, rather than emotion.

    ramming speed to all

It's time to draft some interior linemen. The pressure coming down the middle of the field all day was embarrassing. Put a rookie in now, and we'll get to watch a replay of David Carr's career.

You do realize that Bulger threw a TD in the 4th quarter, right?? And if anyone is resting on their laurels, it's the guys on the offensive line.

Hey man, no ones saying that those issues are Bulger's fault, but he had better start to see "ALL" the receivers on the field. He's just not what we need at quarterback.
The Play calling needs someone that will get the best out of it. If you'ronly going to concentrate on one receiver when you have 4, then your not being fair to the playcaller, the offense, hell the whole team!
