Who can replace Arch?
Who can replace Arch when we finally have to take him out back of the old shed and shoot him because of his back injuries?
There are 10 types of people in this world: those who understand binary, and those who don't.

Re: Who can replace Arch?
Its not like we would be losing the pro bowl caliber arch of 2 seasons ago he has injury problems he seem to have forgotten how to tackle as well as he did and he does'nt seem to blitz as well as he used to.
Who can replace him? Michael Huff!!!!

Re: Who can replace Arch?
micheal huff is too small to play ss and the nfl...
as for FAs, arch is the best ss out there so we might as well keep him unless we want to take a gamble on carter.

Carter.
I would keep Arch and Carter if possible, but it looks like we'll have to pay to keep Arch, so let's not.

Nick I'm very scared for you if you knew all those heights and weights off the top of your head.

Sadly no, that required some fact-finding from NFL.com.

Re: Who can replace Arch?
only two of those players are smaller than huff, Reed and Milloy. I get what you're saying though...6'1" and 205 pounds is only a bit below average for a NFL SS. We'll see if he turns out ok at the ss spot soon.

Only two of the players are smaller than Huff in both categories of height and weight (one of them happens to be the best SS in the NFL), but all of them are either less than or equal to Huff's height. None of them is more than 10 pounds heavier. Maybe if Huff was 5'8" and 180 pounds we could be concerned about if he had the size for the position, but at 6'1" and 205, I think he's fine.
