Who do you fire?

You just won the team from Georgia in a poker match. You decide that you're going to make an example and fire somebody. Who's it going to be.........and, NO, all of the above is not an option.

Re: Who do you fire?

Clean house upstairs. It's a mess in that Front Office. All the infighting and back stabbing was allowed to go on ---> that's called BAD MGMT.

When their experiment without Martz fails, their heads will roll, granted, it'll take a couple bad years.

As far as coaches:
Martz is a forgone conclusion .. So is Marmie.. No one will remain from the coaching staff. It's a mistake to let go of Martz though.

Re: Who do you fire?

I say Shaw. Wasn't there an article this past offseason saying that Shaw may be stepping away from his post with the team ? He was spending most of his time in LA and not on top of things in St. Louis ?
He's let this team get away from him in a couple, three areas.
1. Not giving Armey a solid title and a long term contract.
2. Giving Zygmunt more power than he deserves.
3. Not stepping in and standing behind his coach when the bicker first began, whenever that originally was.
If Martz is truely gone early January. Georgia's next move should be bringing in a new president and starting from there.
Let's not leave some old meatloaf in the back of the fridge, waiting to stink up the joint. Let's buy a new refrig and start stocking it again.

Shaw, Zygmut and Marmie. I totally agree. Shaw has been a thorn in our side since Georgia brought him in. Zygmut has no business being and there has been no defense whatsoever. In fact you can just tell the players are lacking leadership by their confusion. Oh, then I'd move the team back to Anaheim!

The, fire Martz if he hires another terrible D coordinator.
