Hall monitor D.I. style! Wakes everybody up at 5 a.m. by violently banging pans together. Towel manager, laundry, cook, seamstress, writes permits, etc. Off the field, everyone answers to her first!
Also, executive secretary. If Rams win superbowl, Ms. Ellis calls the White House in DC to make arrangements for team visit with the president, etc.

I think her job is to trim, comb and keep the stache waxed and healthy... she also keeps a lid on the media when the stache sneaks away from Fisher and goes out drinking at strip clubs.

She was Linehan's assistant as well. I think she used to be assistant equipment manager and assistant chief of scouting until moving into the assistant to the coach assistant.
