Thread: Who will be backup?

Who will be backup?
Ryan Fitzpatrick starts, Martin is doubtful with a concussion, and Bulger is out. Who is backup? Smoker? Is he even on the roster anymore?
Scary thought if our offensive line doesn't protect Fitzpatrick. Faulk took a snap in one game. Food for thought.

Re: Who will be backup?
Smoker was signed from the Eagles' practice squad, so yes he is on the roster. I guess it would have to be him.

Re: Who will be backup?
Smoker Didn't Look Too Sharp, In The Preseason.
If I Remember, Fitzpatrick Lead The Rams, In The Preseason, Against The Chiefs, To A Victory In The Same Fashion As Last Week's Game In Houston.

Re: Who will be backup?
Joe Vitt just called me. He said he heard I once played QB in an intra-mural game in college and passed for 2 TDs and ran for a 3rd. He'd like me to suit up on Sunday as the #3 QB.
Should I do it?

Re: Who will be backup?
I heard he applied for a job as an adjuster at All State. They offered him a job as a salesperson instead, and he accepted. Then, on his third day, he quit.

Re: Who will be backup?
Gary Hogeboom got voted off Survivor last week, so he should be available.

Re: Who will be backup?
Chris Chandler is available and waiting for the phone to ring. Hell, we could end up like the Jets with five QB's on the active roster.

Re: Who will be backup?
 The Great Roman General! Thanks, GC.
He was among the 1st in new breed of big QBs. Underrated too, although NFL MVP in '69.
Kevin Curtis played QB in fifth grade.
