Hate to say so, but Martz plus Holt's funk makes me say Bruce.

Re: Who will have more receiving yards this Sunday?
Holt is due for a big game and I think this week he will play big. I don't have any facts to back up what I predict but it's something I hope for

COME ON BIG GAME HOLT!

Re: Who will have more receiving yards this Sunday?
I have to say Bruce, but I think Avery will have more yards than both.

Re: Who will have more receiving yards this Sunday?
Bruce hands down. We can't move the ball on offense worth 2 cents.

Re: Who will have more receiving yards this Sunday?
Actually, there may be a chance that Avery gets less yards than both of them. The majority of the passes thrown to Avery are deep routes where Avery just runs deep, and if San Fran pulls their coverage back, Avery won't get anything.
If they do pull their coverage back, Holt and Burton could dominate the middle of the field. I have yet to see that in any game we have played though. And, I'm not sure how our passing game will even do, without a running game to back it up.

Re: Who will have more receiving yards this Sunday?
Bruce.
Either Bruce made Holt look good for a long time or Holt is playing the part of disaffected want-away to perfection.

Is it bad that I thought the choices were going to be...
(A) Isaac Bruce
or
(B) The entire Rams team

Re: Who will have more receiving yards this Sunday?
I went with Torry Holt.
Rumor has it that Holt wants to play with his brother in Carolina?
Well this could be his showcase to play with his other brother (Bruce) again. Also be reconnected with Mike Martz.Last edited by laram0; -11-14-2008 at 05:45 PM.

Re: Who will have more receiving yards this Sunday?
I have to say Bruce. Holt just looks done, he has done absolutely nothing this year (other than complain a little that he doesn't see the ball enough). I don't know if that knee injury is still bothering him but I almost hope it, because if that's not it it must be because he is giving up out there.
