Who will the Rams make into a superstar next week?

Taking all wages here. Every game, we take a nobody and make him look like a hall of famer. Who will it be next week?

I'm going with Colt Mccoy throwing his career high.

He's too obvious of a choice. We make superstars out of more obscure players. I'm thinking Greg Little

I was gonna say Cribbs but ... yeah, that guy.
If a team won their division seven straight times, that would be a NFL record. Now add on that team did it with seven different QB's in seven straight years, that record is unbeatable. To do that feat, you must of had a great Defense. Jack Youngblood was the captain of that defense.

The toilet attendant will record 5 sacks, and the guy that sells the half-time weiners will rush for 2,423 yards.....In the first quarter.

    We need Chuck Norris.

I know everybody has to have their vent time, and if this is cathartic, so be it. Get it all out.

But to be fair, who exactly did the Rams make a star out of yesterday?

Skelton? Putting up 200 yards and 1 TD is far from superstar-dom against a defense that has lost the top 3 corners for the year.

Peterson? Folks, he was the league's top Punt Returner PRIOR to yesterday. That TD was not his 1st, nor his 2nd Punt Ret. TD, but his 3rd.

Who exactly gained their place among the stars yesterday?
    Rambunctious and Agrajag like this.

We didnt make him a star since he already was, but once again we helped them set new records....

This was just the second time in history that an NFL overtime game ended with punt-return touchdown, the last time it happened was in 1995. At 99 yards, Peterson's return tied for the longest play in overtime in NFL history.
It was the second-longest punt return in NFL history, the longest one being a 103-yarder from Robert Bailey, of the Rams, in 1994.
Peterson became the first player in NFL history with three punt-return touchdowns in his first eight games. He tied Devin Hester for the second-most punt-return TDs by a rookie, and it's the fourth-most for any player.

Exactly. No one was made a superstar via the Rams. The Rams actually outplayed the Cards all day. Especially the Defense!

How can the D score two safeties, hold their starting RB to 2.0 ypc, and the team a total of 70 yards on the ground.............and we're not getting a little excited about what they did?

I loved what the rams defense has done the last 2 games, there in absolute beast mode.

now if only our offense could play as beastly as a whole like the defense does and we'll be set.......

I wouldn't say the Rams made anyone a superstar yesterday, but I can say they made young players like Early Doucet and Daryl Washington look like studs. Early was making welker like receptions out of the slot, and nobody was blocking Washington as he was making plays all over the field.

Re: Who will the Rams make into a superstar next week?

The de who blocked the punt was the superstar yesterday, how many sacks and tfl did he have? Idk but he was the star. And the poster is saying they look like a superstar or future hall of famer when they play us. This trend actually has been going on for a few years. If you dont see this your in denial.

    Torrey smith
    Mike torain
    Demarco murray
    Victor cruz
The de on the punt block for the cardinals
Lashawn mccoy (already a star tho)

So 6 out of 8 games someone had a career highs, historic best, or just dominating game where their play just jumps out at you.

Last year it was the te or whoever played the slot reciever. The yr before that if i remember correctly it was any rb and or backup qb..... Check the stats

There both talented young players. I guess you haven't been watching much Cardinals ball this year.
