Does Bradford's signing bonus count against the cap?

I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't. I think the only question is whether it's pro-rated over the course of the deal or if it counts completely against this year as a second-year bonus. But it should count one way or the other.

Agreed, I was just confused from your list of highest paid Rams against the cap, Sam would be near the top of the list if you add his signing bonus, correct?

Yeah, if you include bonuses he'd be at or near the top, I would imagine.

I think Jacob Bell actually had a decent season last year. When I saw interior line breakdowns, it was typically Adam Goldberg who was the weak link. While Bell may be overpaid, I don't advocate getting rid of him at this point.
