    It looked like it was practiced all week to me. Josh Brown did a good job of selling it, half jog back to were a kickoff would start and then turn quickly and kick it. It just looked to me that the lions ST got drilled not to turn their backs in the kick anymore.

    Stuff I've seen suggests otherwise, but you've inadvertantly raised another point.

    Why didn't kickoff we normally, see how Detroit responded, AND THEN saved the onside for the next attempt depending on how Detroit handled the first kickoff?

    I am not a big fan of onside kicks or 2 point conversions..unless it comes down to a point where it is NEEDED
