Ah, that reminded me of my favorite John Madden quote of all time. And it was in a game against the Bears. After a wind-blown pass from Brock to Duckworth, Madden said "That wasn't a pass to Duckworth. It was a duck to Passworth."

    My favorite Rams:

    1. Isaac Bruce
    2. Torry Holt
    3. Jack Youngblood
    4. Nolan Cromwell
    5. Merlin Olsen

Honorable mention to Jim Everett for his appearance on the Jim Rome show.

I'll always respect Torry because of the way he treats fans. When we went to the Ram-Charger game a few years back in San Diego, he came out before the game and talked to all the Ram fans for about half an hour, signing autographs and just hanging out. This was during the pregame period when the kickers are working out. He was the only non-kicker out there. He's awesome. And how can you not love Isaac Bruce. Just shows up and catches footballs. Works hard, and wants no press. Plays the game the way it was meant to be played. Chad Johnson isn't worthy of carrying his gym bag.

Eric Dickerson holds that distinction for me followed by Isaac Bruce.

Without hesitation, for most of my Ram fan tenure, I would always answer "Jack Youngblood".

...but Mr. Warner is right there. One of the greatest sports stories of all time.
    Faithful Rams fan since 1968

Roman Gabrial was the reason I became a RAM fan, Jack Youngblood, Hacksaw Reynolds, Merlin Olsen, Eric Dickerson, Kurt Warner and Marshall, AZ Torry and the Rev will always hold a special place with me, and now Jackson, who knows who may join the list as the seasons continue?
