Williams, much like Martz, is great in his field of expertise, but I'm not so sure he has what it takes to pull everything together as a HC.
Mooch or Fisher sound intriguing to me. Still like Gray, too.
    How 'bout potential DC's? Anyone?

I agree, the Chargers had one good year. If he was such a good coach he'd be an NFL HC by now.

I was thinkin' exactly the same.... I like his fire, and without the HC tag to drag him down, he could really focus.
Wannstedt on D, Fairchild in the booth calling plays and either Fisher or Mooch with the Big Office. I could see that.

Jeff Fisher is a good coach. A good Organization jumps on Jeff Fisher.

He can NOT be serious about some of these guys..

Donnie Henderson? Please what have the Jets done recently ?

Jerry Gray in Buffalo has been sliding. His DEF, this year, is giving up tons of rushing yards and they sold out against the run in the last game in an attempt to stop the slide - so they gave up 4 TDS passing or something ridiculous.

Scott Lenihan - Former Minnesota OC.. Is very intriguing
.. He is a talent. but always a gamble from Coordinator to Head Coach.. Why gamble with Fisher available. Fisher outsmarted Cowher several times in the AFC playoffs over the years (with less talented teams).
