Who's your choice for OC?
The candidate list may keep growing, but who's your current preference?
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: Who's your choice for OC?
With those choices, I go with Al Saunders. The most experienced, the most proven, and the most similar (in philosophy) as Mike Martz.
"Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

Re: Who's your choice for OC?
I've always been a Norm Chow fan. It may be a longshot at this point but with the departure of June Jones in Hawaii and Chow's name surfacing as his successor, the Rams could ask the Titans if they could call him in for a "cup of coffee".
I love Norm and his innovative mind. He has developed McMahon, Young, Detmer, Rivers, Palmer, Leinart . He might be just the tutor Bulger could use right now to get him back on track and build his confidence again. He could have the Rams offense flying again.

Re: Who's your choice for OC?
Not Cameron, then we would have a coaching staff of Linehan, Cameron, and Haslett. We all know Linehan is a gutless, balless loser who should not be a head coach in the NFL. And that is one of the many reasons Cameron was shown the door in Miami. Sure, maybe Cameron is a great offensive coordinator, but I never understood why he got a job. He was an offensive coordinaotor with LT, I think I could look like a good offensive coordinator with LT, just like he makes Norv Turner seem like an alright coach. So not him. I'll go with the others and say Saunders.

Re: Who's your choice for OC?
i say let linehan go back to the duo role of HC and OC...it's his
neck on the line next year...bringing in another OC with differing
system totally undermines the fact that the FO chose linehan over
other defense oriented HC candidates two offseasons ago...

Re: Who's your choice for OC?
Avenger is the only realistic choice, notwithstanding the massive pay cut that it would entail. I am confident he would make the sacrifice for the good of the squad and lord knows he will be better than olsen.

Re: Who's your choice for OC?
Saunders is the best prospect available, but really, I wouldn't be unhappy with any of these. Saunders would for sure make me the most happy.

Re: Who's your choice for OC?
Saunders. He's the closest we're going to get to that old Greatest Show on Turf offense. I'm not entirely counting on us even getting a chance at him. Cameron seems more likely, and I'd be happy to have him, too.
