I'd like a guy like Kirk Ferentz from Iowa, or Les Miles from LSU, but those guys are going to be hard to get.

at 10-33, hard to say we would find anyone worse. I mean statistically speaking, Spags is worst coach in Ram history. I wouldl ike to see a proven NFL HC that is hard nosed and can lead overpaid men to win. Don't much care who it is a slong as we finally stop being the doormat of the league
Joe Paterno.
84 year old with cancer? No thanks.
I am thinking Gregg Williams could be a good candidate as a head coach. He has been a head coach before, knows the game and could take this Defense to another level. Also what about maybe Wilbert Montegomery or Henry Ellard coming in??/
I disagree. Only 3 times in 16 years did Fisher's teams finish below 7-9, which means that almost every year they were at least in the hunt for a wild card spot relatively late in the season. He wasn't one of the best coaches of all-time or anything, but he was certainly above average and often won with teams that weren't loaded up with superstar talent.
I too felt that Schottenheimer should have been the pick over Spagnunono when the job was available. He at least puts out very competative teams year in and year out that offer the possibility of championships; rather than the year culminating in our version of the Superbowl-- a top 3 pick year in and year out.
