Why not??

Move Williams over the left side and move Pace to the right. Williams has proved over and over he can handle the left side and plays much better.

Re: Why not??

Plus, Williams wasn't going against Wistrom today. I'm not sure who was lined up on the right side of the line and thus facing Pace and eventually Williams, but it wasn't the starter for that position. And I'd rather have my best tackle protecting Bulger's blind side.

Re: Why not??

If pace and williams switch sides, the best pass rusher on the other team will switch sides as well and the bulk of the pressure will come from bulgers back/blind side, which is the literal definition of an accident waiting to happen. Nick is correct, seattle's personnel at the defensive end spot is weak, especially without wistrom. They should have saved the cash they spent on grant and found a receiver who could catch the ball.

Re: Why not??

Apparently, Martz just needs to call people out on a weekly basis. Until Pace got ejected (which was completely cheap and indicative of the fact that Oliver Stone's next conspiracy movie should be about the NFL Officials vendetta against the Rams), Williams was stopping Okeafor, who is a quality DE. And not just Williams, but the whole line looked better. Whatever, Martz put in the water at Rams Park...keep it comin'.
