    Williams/Hagans...

From what we saw in preseason, Hagans looked like he was going to be a good option to back up Hall at returner.
Did Williams just beat him out in practice after he was signed, or are they grooming Hagans to have a much bigger role in the starting offense?

Hagans is needed to much on the offense right now to be playing returner that much, and Williams doesnt know enough of the offense to contribute

Additionally Williams has more NFL game experience than Hagans as a returner. Brandon has looked solid so far. Hopefully Hagans will get plenty of reps as a receiver now and make the most of his opportunity.

Injuries forced Hagans into more playing time on offense, and we couldn't afford to have another injured receiver. So Williams took over punt return duties since Hagans was seeing more time on offense.
