    Witherspoon in the middle?

At the beginning of the year I was very impressed with Spoon in the middle, but as the season has gone on he has looked worse and worse in the middle. He is still our best defensive player but he is miscast in the middle. He gets swallowed up in the middle and does not make enough plays in the running game.

I would like to see a new MLB brought in to stack up the run.

    FA: Kawika Mitchell, E.J Henderson
    Draft: Brandon Siler, Pat Willis.

I agree we need large aggressive man in the middle and move Spoon to the outside.

I agree, both he and Pisa our our present and future LB's, but we need a TRUE MLB to fill the middle.

I like the idea of drafting a young guy because they can generally come in and play right away, A.J Hawk, DeMeco Ryans, D'Qwell Jackson etc.

Makes no sense at all, IMO. Pretty big waste of his skill set and a huge risk.

I like David Harris from Michigan.

He has the size at 6'2" 242lbs. and would probably be available the 2nd round.

No MLB will help this team with our DT getting push 3 yards back on every run play.

I agree with getting abig body in the middle to help out whoever is playing MLB.

THeir are only 2 DL prosepcts that I think will be for sure players and those are DE Gaines Adams and DT Alan Branch. Both these players may be gone by the time that we pick.

    Re: Witherspoon in the middle?

Patrick WIllis, UM is projected at the moment to go somewhere around #17 in the first round of the draft. This kid has a non stop motor, was an excellent student and from all accounts, and supposedly is of good character. I know, I'm from MS and an SEC homer, but I am also a MS State fan, and for me to tout a kid from Ole Miss, he MUST be pretty damn good. I'm figuring we'll draft between 12 and 18, so he will be right there where we'll be. I have not seen alot of the others suggested here play extensively, but I suggested Jerious Norwood would do well in the pros, and he's having a good career so far with Atl...
