I have to agree with McKnight, Haslett shouldn't even be on this list. He was an interm coach and didn't even coach a full season.

it's not fair to say haslett was one of the worst ever. he was an Interim coach who was trying to fix scott's mistakes.. and jim actually wanted to be our coach officialy. I think its unfair

Absolutely agree. If Haslett is on the list, that means you're including interim headcoaches... soooooo, where the heck is Joe Vitt on the list? he went 3 -7 for the hospitalized Martz, right? that would make him 4th on the list (at .300), not Linehan.

either include ALL the interim head coaches or don't include any.

thats weird... the report i went off of only listed 10 games with Vitt as HC with 3 wins. while now i see the others listing it at 11 games with 4 wins. the one i went off of must have been dated, cuz the last game of the season was that big win against Houston, so that would make sense.

you do realize that the rooney rule is for Minority canidates only don't you?? for example.. african americans...Mexicans...canadians...indians...Gerbals.. etc so the rooney rule had no impact on our choice to hire Spags.

Isn't Spags Italian-American? Personally, I'm filing a Rooney Rule complaint to be interviewed by the Rams due to their lack of Ulster-Scots-American representation in the coaching pool.
