I'd trade him for Ryan or Newton straight up

The "would you" part implies that the Falcons, Ravens or a team like the Lions/Stafford would trade their QB for Bradford and I highly doubt that in any of those cases. No way with Newton/Carolina either.

Its a hypothetical. Not trying to imply anything.

Right now, in this McDaniels offense, I think he is worse than Marc Bulger ever was in any Rams offense.

I'm not one for drafting Andrew Luck, but something has to be done with Bradford. Maybe bench him for a couple weeks.

NTM Flacco and/or Stafford. Heck I picked all four in this poll. I surely hope that Sam shows more improvement soon but these other QBs are already there in my mind.

The question remains: will Brads ever get to their levels?

    WHAT SAY YE?

I'd trade him for any of those guys and the only one that is actually a questionable decision in my mind is Tebow. The rest are all pretty much gimme's.

Bradford's level of play is now and has been for a while, of the sort to encourage trade talk.

I think many here know how I have felt about the aquisition of Bradford. If you look at MRyan as an example he had a great rookie year and never looked back since. Good players make things happen. They go out and make plays when plays are hard to come by. That's all....

So many fans get caught up in passer rating and gaudy passing stats without any care for when and how things happen. They do not realize all the things a good QB can bring to an offense and a team that cannot be seen in a QB rating or in passing yards.

The Atlanta Falcons had never had back to back winning seasons in the history of the franchise before Matt Ryan arrived. They are on their way to their 4th consecutive winning season with him now. And the Falcons offense is all about Matt Ryan, even when he turns to hand it off to Turner. No other QB in the NFL short of Peyton Manning runs the whole show on offense like Ryan does. He is the guy behind Center playing chess out there with the defense. You can't just evaluate him and what he means to the offense and team by passing stats.

I have longed to see Bradford take total control like this, but instead what I see is his OC burying his head in his hands with him on the sidelines in frustration that he can't get what they talk about during the week accomplished out on the field on Sundays.

I do think the competition will eventually be quite close among Bradford, Flacco, Ryan, Sánchez, Stafford, and Tebow. In a year or two this shold be the newer generation of successful QBs. But for the Rams 2010+, SB is our man.

PS: Spanish is my native tongue so, to RAMarkable ... Richbert88's post (#20 here), is funny; it is a literal backtranslation of something close to the following, which is somwhat crazy:

"No en el cuchillo! Sólo un ventilador fourtyniner perro sarnoso de siquiera pensar en esto!"

R88, what's the first sentence suppose to be or come from?
Was suppose to be 'not on your knife'........something we used to say in my unit many years ago, also froma movie I can't remember.

Re: Would you trade Sam Bradford for...?

    This is amusing.

About 85% said "none of the above" before this game. Now, after a bad game, its down to about 67%.

Of course, one of the two highest vote getters, Cam Newton, threw 4 interceptions today to help Detroit come back and beat the Panthers. But who's counting, right?

I have no beef with anyone who votes for any of the QBs listed (except Tim Tebow), but it seems there's a bit of knee-jerk responding going on here.

Re: Would you trade Sam Bradford for...?

I find it hard to understand how anyone can vote for Josh Freeman. For all the talk of how Sam Bradford has "regressed" after last year, the regression shown by Freeman is astonishing
