WOW! I hope Curtus is ok.

Curtis took one heck of a hit at the end., hope he's ok. Sorry,....spelled the name wrong in the heading.

We shouldn't have even run a play, the clock would have run out no matter what happened. It's not worth risking injury.

He got hit out of bounds though didn't he? Pretty unsportsmanlike of the Chiefs defender. It was basically a waste to try anything with a few seconds left.

Were you watching the same game? The guy was clearly in bounds when he got nailed.

That pass was telegraphed though, IIRC it was the exact same play they had run right before it.

Either way, it was a clean hit.

It looked out of bounds to me and he got his helmet ripped off. How is that a clean hit?

His helmet popped off from the collision, the hit was in-bounds. Believe me, I am watching the replay as I type.

I still want to see the video but I believe capone is right, I think he was in bounds, and his helmet popped off due to how big a hit he took. We did run the same play twice in a row also, so it got telegraphed.

Has there been any report as to Curtis's condition after that hit? CBS cut away before I could see if he got back up or if he was carted off.

By all means, put a space between one of the letters in the URL address. Or PM someone the link. I'm sure we'd like to see it.

I've watched the replay numerous times in slow motion/freeze frame and it's a clean hit, in bounds with a shoulder. The impact knocked Curtis' helmet off.

Thanks mike. I thought he was in bounds but it happened so fast and there were no replays so couldn't tell for sure.

It doesn't matter at this point whether he was in bounds or not. The point of this post is to discuss his possible injury.
