Wow - of the team Devaney inherited...

...in February of 2008, (and Spags a few months later), 10 remain.

That's 1 of 6 (if you include the PS), that are still here, and two are on special teams - Massey and Jones. (I thought Brown was here as well?)

5 are on D: Hall, Adeyanju, Ryan, Bartell and Atogwe.

    3 on O...drumroll please...Jackson, Goldberg and Setterstrom.

    Sett's been injured, Goldberg's a (very good, imo), back-up, and Jackson's Jackson.

That is pretty incredible guys - our entire offense, including depth, is new in the last TWO YEARS. (No wonder we went 2-1).

And this is a good thing. And that's why it sucks that there may not be a 2011 season, because that will (would have) be (been) the Rams' breakout year. 2010 is going to be the team's turnaround year, and I seriously could care less what our W-L record is this year.

I AM excited about, and looking forward to, watching this team come together, and start reaping the benefits of their hard work, and Spags' approach to coaching and rebuilding.

There's losing, and there's giving up. We're going to see a lot of losses next year, but not from lack of effort or desire to win. Count on it.

I like this and agree. However are we going to accept another 3-13, 2-14 or 1-15 season and not call for Spags head?

I figured he needed some competition, so I signed myself up to provide excellent depth.

No, I'm not. That's my point. He's basically building from the ground up and is entitled to three years.

I guess the debate comes down to, "Can a team be improving without winning more games?", and I think it can. Last years team looked better than the previous two, and lost more games.

Plus, the Rams win at least 4 games.

haha, i see what u did there!

good work on the post though, thats amazing that so few players are left.
they really wiped the slate clean huh.
most of the team is very young too so you would think after another couple of years with spags and devaney, we will be looking good.

With the exception of S-Jax it was his choice to keep all those guys. Basically said there were 7 guys worth keeping out of 50 something, huge turnover. Lets see how long that turnover process will take

Nice post VegasRam. I don't think I realized there has been that much turnover. It has truly become Billy and Spags' team. Time to change the culture!
