We went through a lot of termoil the last few weeks and the end is finally here. Did they make the grade??

Okay, then I give it an A-. I like what I read about and hear from Linehan.

I give him a B so far from what I've heard of him in his Press Conference.

I'd give it an A. I don't see anybody out there that I would rather have at this point. Looking at who is on the market and who has been hired, I think we got the cream of the crop.

I agree with AV on this grade, part of what he sold Shaw was the staff that he would put together. Once I see us land Bates or an A list DC and a solid ST coach. And a pro scouting department, I will give the grade. If he can’t influence a top notch staff to join our cause, his grade will be very low.

It's a little early to be grading Linehan, you think?

There were no "D"s available, and he isn't an F, so I gave him a C-.

I just don't feel good about him. Too young, no proven record, reminds me of the stuff the FO did back in the old Ram's days. I got a sick feeling about this.

Yes, but my grade for Linehan will raise or lower depending on what his hiring means for other coaching positions. If it means we get a shabby OC and DC, then my grade of the decision will lower. I don't think it's unreasonable for people to hold out a vote until they know more about what the decision is going to bring.

I grade it a B for the same reason , but I do think we have a coach that may turn things around but will depend on who he brings in ... I will be behide him 100% "Welcome to the RAMS Coach"
