Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein has been honored for the second time in his young career as NFC Special Teams Player of the Week.

Zuerlein kicked a 53-yard field goal with 2 seconds left in the fourth quarter to send Sunday's game into overtime, then launched a 54-yarder to secure a 16-13 victory with 30 seconds remaining.

The award is the second for Zuerlein. He also earned the honor for kicking four field goals in the Rams' 19-13 victory over Seattle on Sept. 30.

Zuerlein, a rookie from Missouri Western, has seven field goals of at least 50 yards, just one short of the NFL record, held by Morten Andersen and Jason Hanson.

This is why i think he's the Rams rookie of the year. He's setting records and is our most dangerous offensive weapon, since he can nail it from midfield. He's got 4 games to hit two more from 50? I think it falls... my fantasy team depends on it!
