    Its going to be a slow process to change FO, but at least there will be changes.

    Zygmunt joined the Rams as a general counsel in 1982.
    to here....
    But on Feb. 4, 2000... Zygmunt was elevated to president of football operations. ... It was that post-Super Bowl XXXIV promotion that put Zygmunt in charge of the club's day-to-day football operations.

    How in all that is holy does the same individual fit both those job descriptions?
