Re: Adopt a Team for the Playoffs

I voted for the Jags. The reason is I think they beat Pittsburgh again on their homefield and then will go to play the Pats hopefully in a blizzard snowy foul weather game. I think in those conditions the Jags will be the better team. The Patriots are not a running team and if the weather is nasty the jags are one of the best teams at pounding the run. Although I'm sure that since Brady sold his soul to the devil it will be 50 degrees and sunny with no wind. I just think the Jags fear no one and can go into New England and beat them.

I have a feeling the Seahawks are going to be in the Superbowl along with Indy.

Did you see Hines wards Facemask of the jaguar that somehow got called defensive pass interference leading to their last TD. Practically gave the game away, and I'm happy for the Jags they overcame that.
I was going to vote skins since they're the local team, but after last night, I'm going with Jacksonville.

I saw that. I could hardly believe the call; it so blatantly should have been a penalty on the offense, and it almost cost the Jaguars the game. I kind of liked both teams going into it, but when I saw that I was rooting for the Jaguars for the rest of the game. I liked what I saw out of Jacksonville, but their offense is going to need to move the ball more efficiently if they want to keep advancing in the playoffs.

I was happy that the Jags won last night. Now that the skins are out of it, I favor the Jags for AFC, and Favre and the Packers for NFC, and I hope the Packers pull off a Super Bowl win.

The Patriots seem to have all the luck. I checked the weather forcast for their game vs Jax. It looks like 38 and no rain or snow. I though Jax could beat them in bad weather but probably not in good weather. There is a snow storm rolling in like two days after that just in time for the Colts to come to town. Man the Patriots make me sick. How lucky is that good weather vs Jax and poor weather vs the Colts?
