amazing stat from falcons panthers game

the panthers threw 7 passes yesterday and beat atlanta. can anyone tell me the last time an nfl team won a game throwing less than ten times? Carolina controlled the ball for 40 plus minutes. they were using a shotgun formation snapping directing to the running back on third down and the falcons still couldnt stop them. panthers rushed for 13 first downs! sometimes the element of surprise isnt necessary, but this is the ULTIMATE example of smash mouth football, resulting in a thrilling 10-3 win over the vick led falcons.

One other thing to keep in mind when evaluating this stat. the game was NOT played in a driving snowstorm, rainstorm or windy conditions. the game was in a dome, the falcons home field.
