Has anyone read or heard what that shouting match between Boldin and the Cards OC was all about?
Yeah, Whisenhunt and Haley said he was upset about being pulled off the field during that game winning drive. Haley used a personnel package that included Breaston instead of Boldin.
Boldin went off on Haley at a crucial time in the game. It's amazing that Haley was able to keep his wits about him and call that game winning drive with Boldin going at him. You could see that Boldin said something and Haley was saying "Don't call me that! Don't you call me that!" Among other things of course. That's the extent of my lip reading though.
I read on the bottom of the screen on ESPN News that it was because they took him out on that series when they scored the game winning TD,I also heard they kissed and made up after the game in an interview with JJ Arrington.
I heard that Boldin mistakenly thought that they were going to bring Leinart in to run a Wildcat formation.
Okay... so that's not true.

Maybe there'll be a chance for us to sign away Boldin from the Cards next offseason? He has requested a trade before but the Cardinals declined it and they still haven't resigned him either. At some point they may have to trade him to get something before his contract runs out - unless they are able to resign him. I think I speak for all of us when I say it would be awesome to get Boldin in a Rams uniform...
Yeah, that was absolutely insane. The most critical drive in the history of the Cardinals and Boldin decides to whine about not being in the game. Too much.Quote:

I remember he saying he wanted out when his contract was up, but I think he has since taken it back since he found out his team is actually good. Winning seems to cure everything, so I doubt he leaves as long as he gets a good contract. Still, the Cards are not known for handing out big time money, so you never know.
