Archuleta has signed with the skins...
But does anyone really mind?
I loved Arch, but in the end he never improved his coverage skills and his play against the run declined.
Another thing to consider:
In one year playing safety, Mike Furrey, a converted wide receiver, had 4 interceptions. In a five year career, Archuleta had 3. Thats not even good enough for a top tier linebacker to be honest.

Re: Archuleta has signed with the skins...
The skins fans are really overrating him, some people are saying he is better then Roy Williams!

Wow, you've pretty well summed it up, Rip. They appear to think they're getting the "hard-hitting wildman" (as they put it) of a time long gone.

Re: Archuleta has signed with the skins...
They think he is the same huge hitter he used to be but with the back problems he does'nt go into tackles at full force anymore and just whiffs on hits and misses alot too
Someone sign up and tell them who they are really getting

Re: Archuleta has signed with the skins...
It's really sad to see you guys crap on Archuletta who up until this week was still a Ram. You guys are so quick to fall in love with a new FA signing and crap on a recently departed player. Bunch of flaky Mo Fo's. Not an ounce of loyalty.:clanram:

Don't know the $ yet, but if my presumption is right and AA got a big contract, I'm glad the Rams didn't get into a bidding war for his services.
That said, I like AA and wish him well in DC.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: Archuleta has signed with the skins...
Dont question our loyalty to the Rams because that is without question where my loyalties stand.
This is what happens when you get to attached to players in this day and age in the NFL,Players loyalties dont lay with the team they lay with the almighty dollar, with the exception of a Bruce there is not alot of loyalty from players to teams anymore
