Arizona signs Shazor

The cardinals have signed UFA Ernest Shazor to a 2 year deal today. They also signed Lehigh TE Adam Bergen to FA contract.

There's a rumor floating around that Shazor stopped taking calls around the fifth round so that he would be an undrafted free agent.

That strategy makes sense to me. Kind of strange that as an UFA he got a two year deal.
