    Bart Scott signs with Jets

The National Football Post reports that inside linebacker Bart Scott has agreed to terms with the Jets on a multi-year contract.

No terms are available. Multiple reports had suggested the Jets were in the driver's seat, so this comes as no surprise. Scott, like new teammate Calvin Pace, is highly versatile and intelligent. Rex Ryan will know just how to maximize his talent after coaching him for years in Baltimore. He's sure to get big bucks, but this signing makes a lot more sense than getting the downside of Ray Lewis' career.
This made too much sense. As soon as he hit FA there was only one place he was ending up

Posted this on the Draft and FA board, it's reported an $8 million a year deal. I don't have a year number for you yet...
