Bears turn down Washington's offer for Brigg's
http://www.rotoworld.com/content/Home_NFL.aspx
"The Bears turned down Washington's offer of trading the sixth pick of the NFL Draft for Lance Briggs and the 31st overall pick.
The Bears reportedly want Rocky McIntosh included in the deal and will wait out the Redskins. While it seems like Chicago is passing on a good deal, they are rightly in no hurry and understand the economic insanity of being forced to pay a top-six pick a $15 million signing bonus."

Does anyone think Washington or anyone else will up the anty?
