Easier said than done. Tough to tell your client that they need to stop taking the advice of a trusted family member or long-time friend.

Crabtree is a moron if he decides to sit out. He's incredibly conceited if he thinks some team would be willing to take him in the first round, especially since he can't talk with or work out for any teams prior to the draft. Bo Jackson was taken first overall in 86, sat out that season, and when he re-entered the draft was taken in the 7th round. From first overall to 7th rounder. If Crabtree declines to sign, he'll never see the kind of money the Niners are offering him.

I didn't buy him as a quarterback. He's just so stiff, especially when he drops back to pass. Really stiff. He reminds me of Kurt Warner.

BD, please understand that for you personally, as a fan, we all feel bad that your team is having such a hard time with their draft pick. You're a good guy, and I hate to see bad things happen to a good guy.

However, I hope you also understand that in a general sense, we Rams fans are loving that this is happening to the niners.

i think behind the bravado Crabtree knows that he cant live up to the hype that has surrounded him and he knows he`s only gonna get one contract in the NFL so he`s gonna try and make the most of the hype and get the dollars in before he joins the Canadian League at 26/27.. he hasnt quite worked out that the way he`s goin he might never get the millions he was offered months ago.
