Bledsoe to the Cowboys?
Caught the last part of this on ESPN. I do believe it said The Deal was done. Bledsoe is a Cowboy? Hmmmmm. I know he'll do better than Vinny(Blue bird special) Testeverde!!!
I stopped going to the dentist.......I got tired of the cavity searches!

Last I heard was that the two sides "agree in principal", for whatever legalese that may mean. Also I hear that there is debate within Cowboy FO as to the use of Bledsoe. ESPN says Tuna wants his boy to be the starter, but Jones wants a younger starter.

It's already an uprising here in Texas. No way did the fans want another elderly FA QB to run this team. They wanted no part of a QB over the age of 30.

Of course, they can't officially ink a contract until March....
EDIT: Nevermind, I'm dead wrong. Apparently if a player is cut - rather than entering free agency through the natural end of a contract - they may pursue new deals immediately. This I did not know. Hmm.Last edited by Nick; -02-24-2005 at 07:43 AM.
