Is anyone else planning on seeing this movie. It's the story of Michael Oher's life based on the book the Blindside which was about Michael Oher and the increasing importance of the left tackle position in the NFL. I think it's about damn time that they made a movie where an offensive linemen was the star.

Is anyone else planning on seeing this movie. I think it's about damn time that they made a movie where an offensive linemen was the star.

I've been looking forward to seeing this movie ever since I first read about it in a pre-draft article about Oher.

It's not about Oher being a left tackle though, it's about a high school kid from a broken home who spent most of his time living on the streets, being taken in by a white classmates family, and how his life changed with them. There is plenty about football, but the main focus of the story is his relationship with his new family and how he worked his way to becomming a college football star.
