Breaking News: Kris Jenkins is a no-show for Panthers camp

Pro Bowl defensive tackle Kris Jenkins was not on the field Wednesday morning as the Panthers began voluntary offseason workouts.

Jenkins had been on the trading block prior to the NFL draft, but the Panthers could not strike a deal. An agent for another Panthers defensive lineman said recently that he believes Jenkins remains on the trading block.

Call me when it's the mandatory ones he's holding out of. Voluntary, sucks for the Panthers but probably not a huge deal.

I read somewhere, unfortunately I can't remember where I read it so this might fall under the ** RUMOR ** category.

Jenkins owns one of the newest gadgets on the market. "Home Talking Scale". Just step onto it and it announces your weight with exceptional accuracy. Jenkins isn't very fond of the New Talking Scale.:x ...The one time he stepped on it the announcement from the scale was "GET OFF OF ME!"
