Re: Brett Farv
I don't think so. I know he was Assistant HC of the 9ers.

Re: Brett Farv
If his heart isn't in it, I just can't see Favre sticking around for another season unless he believes the team is going to competitive against any other out there.

Re: Brett Farv
ya he did coach him somewhere along the lines but he has said he wont come back unless the pack gets active in free agency and that doesnt seem to be happening.

Re: Brett Farve
Either way it looks like he's going to wait till the bitter end to make a decision.

Re: Brett Favre
That's bad for the Packers, if he retires at the very end, they're not going to have a good replacement.

Re: Brett Farv
What would you expect from a back up rookie qb, a rating of 97.6The man with the 39.8 QB Rating?

Re: Brett Farv
I believe he will , with all the signing the packers are making he might want to be apart of it ?

Re: Brett Farv
I don't think Favre wants to retire just yet and I don't begrudge him for trying to get the front office to get some talent. The manner in which he went about doing that could be debated but when Brett Favre speaks, someone writes an article about it. As it stands right now, he's probably not going to have a #1 wr (again) in 2006 so he's probably skeptical of the team's desire to put a winner on the field. I don't know what they've done for the o-line but I don't know that it's really a huge issue. Samkon Gado showed that the line was good enough to get him multiple 100 yard games and some td's so re-signing Green doesn't really mean much. I would guess that defense is where Brett would like to see some improvement(s).

Re: Brett Farve
Which is pretty poor form. Favre needs to either poop or get off the pot. I think it's pretty unfair what he's doing to Green Bay.
