Re: Broncos release MLB Al Wilson
he probably failed his physical with them too so that tells you is is either hurt or not in shape... but yes i woul take a chance on him. only because he is on another level when his out on the field.

Re: Broncos release MLB Al Wilson
because he failed his physical with the giants..thats why the trade was voided. otherwise he would have been a giant weeks ago.

That is hard to believe though...last year he had a probowl year. now he can't even pass a physical. i hope he can come back and play.

I agree. I like our current linebacker situation. I think Either Draft or Chillar will step up huge this year, I think will should be considered one of the best and after this year he will be. and all Pisa has to do is stay healthy. he is one of my favorite players on the team.

Re: Broncos release MLB Al Wilson
Our LB situation is nice, but if we brought him in as a "true" MLB (although I thought Witherspoon did a pretty nice job last year anyway) then the Rams have said we'd move 'spoon outside with Pisa.
But I've seen Draft play, and he's pretty good, and I expect Chillar to step up. I'd bring him in only for the right price, however we are running low on room.

Al Wilson was an animal for Denver last season. Unbelievable how fast a player drops off the charts. I'm assuming there's more to this story that has yet to come out.
