Marla Ridenour, of the Akron Beacon Journal, reports Cleveland Browns general manager Phil Savage has heard rumors that the start of free agency will be delayed a week or two in hopes of completing a new collective bargaining agreement.

This could be a good thing as it will give the Rams some time to resign Pickett and Arch
