Browns | Team may have an early visit with Givens

Marla Ridenour, of the Akron Beacon Journal, reports the Cleveland Browns may line up an early free agent visit with WR David Givens (Patriots). He is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent March 3.


Isn't that against League Rules to have early visits with free agents?
