That's why Ryan Leaf is the most respected QB of all time. Everyone knows that, right?

Meant to say vs Carolina panthers... oops!
    Evidence:

    Sam: 6/13, 57 yds, 4 sacks and a fumble rating 58.8

Never saw him jumping up & down on the sidelines nor getting in his sloppy OLers faces. had trouble handling the snaps, threw some flat balls that got knocked down at the LOS.

Conclusion: Bradford has no fire, poor technique, no leadership skills. Based on that performance, Sam Sux.

    This is so ridiculous.

If only he would scream at people, then he would be respected.

I knew a girl in college who used to scream a lot. Nobody dropped her passes when she made them-and she definitely played in a spread offense- but I doubt they respected her & it certainly didn't stop her from getting sacked.

Well then she certainly did NOT go to the University of Oklahoma, because they most definitely do NOT run the spread offense regardless of what any football-knowledged individual who has seen them play might have to say about it.

I respect you so much more now. Before you yelled like that, I didn't think you were worth the time of day. But now....after seeing you display such sheer volume in your voice (er, typing), I would follow you through the gates of Hell!

Looked very sharp tonight, 13/16 for 130 yards and lead them to a FG and TD.

Re: Bulger's Preseason Opener vs Ravens

The fire I was speaking of was seeing him on the sideline talking to his teammates getting them fired up. I not once have seen him do that. I have seen Warner do it, brady, brees, manning, rivers, rodgers, favre, etc etc. They all get their players motivated. You can find clips of all those people plus many more qb's on the sideline talking it up but I not once have seen bulger do it. Bulger has had plenty of time to over the years he was here to show me he could do that and hasn't. I mean he was and still is accurate at times like last game against the redskins but I just don't think if it gets tough he can win.

edit: also that didn't mean I was saying they had to yell at them. Warner didn't need to yell but he did at least get people motivated.

In the words of T.O. "This is not about Bradford it's about Bulger, you can point the finger at him and if you do that, that is really unfair. He is my quarterback and if you are going to do that, that is unfair. We lost as a team. Sniff, sniff!!! He is my quarterback!!!

Re: Bulger's Preseason Opener vs Ravens

I know I'm commenting a little late on this but, did anyone notice that Bulger was the teams passing leader in their second game?

"Taking over for Flacco late in the second half, Bulger completed 13 of his 16 attempts for 130 yards. Bulger led the Ravens to 10 points on three drives after Flacco and the first-team offense struggled to get in sync." -The Baltimore Sun

You should all hear how the Raven's fans are ready to boot Flacco and bump Bulger up. (HHHHMMMMM, sounds a little familiar...LOL. Gotta love the irony.)

There is an 8 page, emotionally charged thread on the subject over at the Ravens official board. One guy actually said he wished the Ravens had never signed Bulger because of all the fuss that's going on right now about who should be the starter. Funny stuff.
