NFL Network is replacing Bryant Gumbell on T.V telecast

Thank God. This guy annoyed me to no end and the NFL Network appears to have a first down

on this one. Strange i rather enjoyed his studio work with NBC? in the early 80's but his play by play was horrible IMO. I wonder who they will tab to replace him?

It's about time. He was indeed the worst play by play guy ever. His flubs and mistakes were the stuff of legend. Now I can listen NFL Network games. GOOD RIDDANCE MR. EGOMANIAC!!

I recall a rams seahawks game where he called matt hasselbeck, matt hasselhoff, and he did something else like that in that game too. Man was that guy bad, does anyone remember when he proclaimed himself the greatest?
