Chad Jackson?
He might be a gem...and worth giving a shot considering he was damn good in college. I guess injuries plague him?

Re: Chad Jackson?
Nah, i don't see at this point in time how he'd be any better than Burton or Avery.
People criticize the rams drafting because they cut they're 2006 5th round pick. The pats could be in trouble in 5 years or so.

Re: Chad Jackson?
Chad Jackson has done exactly "ZERO" for the Patriots.
If it's my choice? PASS!

Re: Chad Jackson?
Florida receivers have never done anything. Though there is one on Pittsburgh that looks alright. Urban Meyers offensive players haven't panned out in the NFL, like Alex Smith. That being said, why would we need another receiver at all?

Re: Chad Jackson?
Wait a minute?!? Is it possible that the Pats had a 1st round bust?
I thought only the Rams had those!"Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

Re: Chad Jackson?
Dang it! You're right......they took Maroney in the first that year.
This is why I should never try to work from memory.
Ok, let's see here.....how can I salvage this one? Oh, I got it!
With Greg Jennings (98 rec., 1552 yards, 15 TDs), Brandon Marshall (122 rec., 1634 yards, 9 TDs), and Marques Colston (168 rec., 2240 yards, 19 TDs) still on the board, they went with Chad Jackson (13 rec., 152 yards, 3 TDs).
Whew, that was a close one.

Re: Chad Jackson?
What I'm saying is...He was barely used in the offense and he could be put to better use with the Rams...as far as competition goes.
